End of Line Packaging Systems
Mad Automation offers cartoning, case packers, palletizing solutions and Laser Guided Vechicles (LGV) tailored to the needs of various industries. The case packers support different case types such as wrap-around, tray & lid, and American cases, and can be scaled according to line speed, high performance, automatic format changeover, and compact footprints ensure efficient end-of-line operations. They can feature standard or stainless steel components so to be suitable for all environmental conditions. The machines are designed and built with sturdy materials and top quality standard electric and pneumatic components to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Palletizing Solutions (Robotics & Gantry)
Mad Automation’s palletizing solutions enable automatic palletizing of cases, trays, packs, and bags with different stacking patterns. With robotic and gantry alternatives, layer forming, layer-pad application, and multi-reference handling can be implemented according to project requirements.
LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) – Autonomous Transportation Systems
LGV solutions developed by Mad Automation enable unmanned in-plant transport of pallets, containers, and materials. Laser navigation without floor infrastructure, route flexibility, and in-house developed fleet management software allow seamless integration with existing WMS/ERP systems.

The Brain machine supervision software, is a scalable software package. By means of a centralized production process and logistics control it optimizes the Companies’ efficiency.
