Advanced expertise in the extraction of bioactive components from agricultural and food by-products using supercritical CO₂ and sequential extraction technologies, circular biorefinery design, and scaling processes.
R&D and product development experience in plant protein isolation and concentration (peas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds), water-soluble peptide development, nanobiotechnology applications, chitosan microencapsulation, and functional bar formulation. Project management experience in the execution of TÜBİTAK-supported projects, feasibility analysis, process optimization, and laboratory setup processes. 2012 National Technopreneurship Winner; founder of Turkey’s first nanobiotechnology company and circular economy-based biotechnology company (Localvore).
